Professional Learning System

The Doral Leadership Institute recognizes that every member of its educational community plays a crucial role in driving the success of the institution. To ensure that staff are equipped to meet their job-related responsibilities and to maintain and enhance their administrative, professional, and technical expertise, it is vital to provide continuous opportunities for high-quality professional development.

The Professional Learning Catalog has been crafted to meet this need. Approved by the Doral Leadership Institute's Board and aligned with the Florida Department of Education standards, this catalog serves teachers, administrators, and non-instructional personnel. It focuses on augmenting student achievement and promoting school improvement through courses that address direct instructional needs and support the continuous enhancement of knowledge, attitudes, skills, aspirations, and behaviors.

This comprehensive catalog consists of variety of components, forming the foundation of most professional learning initiatives within the Doral Leadership Institute.
