Doral Leadership Institute (DLI) recognizes the essential need for schools to offer high-quality professional learning opportunities for educators. DLI is committed to helping its community of school stakeholders increase their capacity and skills in helping students succeed. Student learning improves when the quality of teaching improves, and the quality of teaching improves when the capacity of leaders to develop teachers’ skills improves.
